Job Description

  • Estimation, Costing of the Civil proposal related to the civil project: Amendment in the existing contract, & New proposals amounting to around 30 Crore for Khurja Project
  • Preparing contract documents like BOQ, Resouces planning, Scope matrix, Schedule, Contract formulation of balance civil package for Khuja Project.
  • Planning & monitoring of Civil projects on a day-to-day basis.
  • Visit various sites for Estimation, costing & creating proposals for future projects.
  • Estimation with respect to drawings & Micro level analysis, coordination with Site/SCM & ENGG. Budget / Cash flow preparation.
  • Report to the Team Leader daily regarding the progress of work.
  • Must be able to manage own time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Solving site issues on daily basis by coordinating with ENGG, SCM, Quality, etc.
  • Material planning & procurement of civil materials for Khurja & other projects.
  • Handling more than 200 Invoices on monthly basis & solving the issues.
  • Co-ordinating with ENGG for early release of MR for procurement of Civil material.
  • Any job-related task assigned by management. Shall be responsible for material reconciliation of civil material at regular intervals.
  • Budget & costing of Civil Serive & material part on monthly basis.
  • Maintaining cash flow & cost booking of Civil materials.

Role Requirement:

  • Should be able to prepare and check BOQ, Rate Analysis & Cost Estimates.
  • Familiar with Report Writing and MS Power Point Presentation.
  • Proven working experience in civil engineering.
  • Should be able to Review the design
  • Should be able to Calculate the variations.
  • Should be conversant in Review of estimates.
  • Knowledge in bidding Procedure & Preparation of Bidding Documents.
  • Preferably from Design Consultancy Background.

Other Requirement :

  • Client Handling.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
  • Communication Skills (Telugu and English).
