5.00 YearsKey Responsibilities and Skills:
a. Responsibilities within the Project.
i. One-point contact for all the
BIM Data, BIM related workflows, milestones and other BIM related activities in
line with Overall MEPF Project Scope
ii. To check, validate and
report the quality of the BIM Data being received from stake holders in terms
of MEPF.
iii. To track and report the
status of all the deliverables associated with BIM against the Project
Milestones
iv. To maintain at all-time an
up-to-date latest copy of all the BIM Data and circulate among stakeholders a
periodic status reports of the same.
v. To conduct all necessary
cross-trade coordination checks (including clash checks), document and publish
the observations.
vi. To track and report the
status of all the identified clashes (both self-observed and reported by
others) till the formal closure of such clash.
vii. To update and maintain the
BIM related processes whenever required.
viii. To participate in all the
Client’s Project Review Meetings with necessary BIM Models, presentations and
other documentation as per the meeting agenda
ix. To observe closely all the
major changes/decisions in the project related to design, execution, change
orders, stakeholders, construction technology etc. and accordingly update the project
manager on any impact to BIM workflow and recommendations thereof.
b. Responsibilities outside Projects
i. One-point contact to all BIM
Data, BIM related queries & follow-up
ii. BIM Content development as per
TCE requirements and assist in establishing the process of standardization of
the same.
iii. Responsibility of developing
the BIM workflows and processes.
iv. To participate in meetings with
relevance to BIM & BIM derived documentation when ever required for MEPF
segment.
v. Revit content development and
library maintenance.
vi. Day in day out queries solving
and guidance within TCE.
vii. To provide necessary revit /
BIM Training to teams as and when required.
viii. To fragment the BIM Data as
may be required for circulation as per the instructions.
ix. Documentation development
(including drawing related annotation, quantity takeoffs etc.) from BIM as per
TCE standards.
x. To maintain and produce various
BIM Model & BIM Derived Documentations) from the BIM Data as per the
instructions.
