Role Purpose

1. • The incumbent of this role is accountable for the completion of the allocated tasks or activities of the project.
2. • The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth completion of the task/activity assigned within defined timelines and in line with the defined quality standards, along with supervising the technical work and taking proper measurements to ensure quality.
3. • The incumbent is also responsible to provide support to supervisors and subcontractors on day-to-day execution activities in the form of material or machinery or both to ensure completion of the site deliverable.

Key Responsibilities

1. • Project Planning & Performance – Construction /Planning /Monitoring all Building work – Construction of Site Camps, Toll Plaza, Amenities Development, CSR building Work, Shifting of Site Camps, Interior works of All offices, Planning in terms of Architect/Construction/Handing Over, Quality Control & Specification Finalization
2. • MIS & Reporting – Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured through DPRs and other reporting mechanisms. Verify billing for the subcontractors.

Indicative Experience and Exposure

• Diploma in Civil with 2-4 years experience or

• B.E./B.Tech with 1-2 years experience or

• M.Tech with min. 1 years experience
