|Job Description||:||SECON is on the lookout for passionate & motivated Business Development personnel to join our sales Team. Identify new clients & sectors with business potential in Geotechnical, Geophysical & Material Testing domains. Establish & develop relations with potential & existing clients. Attend appropriate association/industry events. Collaborate and be able to work with wide spectrum of personalities. Leverage network to identify and develop strategic partnerships, JV Partners & competitors Lead and Liaison from pre-tender to contract award. Follow up Expression of Interest (EOI), Arrange tie up, Source Key professionals for short listing. Develop and implement BD plan for the Geotech market in line with future company business plan Work closely with the HOD and team to meet client’s technical and business needs Develop good awareness of SECON Domain expertise in all Verticals, Cross sell SECON Services including products developed by SECON for GIS Applications, automated tools, alignment sheet generator etc.to prospective clients.|

|Experience||Over 3 years of proven experience in Business development and Operations specifically in Geotechnical Domain. Experience in Highways, Irrigation and Water Resource sectors is an added advantage|
|Education||M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with consistent academic performance of 60%.|
