Senior Engineer-Highways
Job Description
Key responsibilities and duties of this position include:
- 3D modelling and detail design of Highways and transport alignments, Junction design (At grade or grade separated), prepare reports, specifications and other deliverables for highways schemes
- To ensure designs are appropriate and meet the expected levels of technical excellence
- Assisting with feasibility, preliminary and detailed design work relating to highways engineering projects
- Ability to communicate knowledgably in all aspects of the project
- Maintaining brand reputation whilst undertaking the project (both with this Group key client and in the wider industry)
- Identifying, building and maintaining key relationships both internally within Mott MacDonald and externally with key client
Candidate Specification
- Holds an engineering degree in Civil from a recognized reputed university
- Should have relevant years of experience in the design of highway projects
- Essential to possess good command of road design using Bentley software (ideally Bentley Open Roads and at least Bentley MicroStation)
- Well versant with international standards
- Should have good English and communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to actively participate within a team
- Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and managers
- Should proactively seek personal and professional development opportunities
- Be an active participant in demonstrating Mott MacDonald’s Values and Behaviors
- Experience in drainage design is desirable

Graduate Engineer – Bridges
Job Description
Key responsibilities and duties of this position include:
- Develop safe and efficient structural solutions, and undertake design analysis and preparation of calculations as per national and international code standards;
- Deliver projects in accordance with quality, timescales and budget.
- Ensure checking of all design output and coordination (Interface) between other disciplines;
- Monitor progress towards team and individual objectives and take action on issues that may affect delivery to meet the agreed program;
- Responsibility includes timely and accurately technical delivery of project tasks assigned;
- Ensure all design work is carried out in accordance with Mott MacDonald’s quality standard procedures;
Candidate Specification
- We are looking to recruit degree qualified Bridge Engineer to join our growing team in Noida.
- Relevant years’ experience in the design and analysis of bridges and related structures is required, in roles of increasing responsibility and project complexity. Relevant years of international exposure / experience;
- Experience of working on detailed design projects of designing PSC, RCC, Steel and Composite structures
- Candidate should have experience in the use of design software such as: MIDAS, LUSAS, RM, STAAD, ASBD and similar.
- Candidate should be fully conversant with international design standards and codes.
- Ability to work as part of a team but also work unsupervised.
- Good English language skills both written and spoken are essential
