Desired Skills and Experience

• Should have 2-6 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in any recognized healthcare institution / hospital.
• 2-6 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
• Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and design skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare diagrams, detailed designs and visual aids as per design specifications.
• Work closely with stakeholders and project managers to establish project timelines and designs.
• Feasibility assessments and site inspections.
• Prepare project estimates and implement project plans.
• Resolve design and development problems.
• Manage budgets and project resources.
• Supervise and execute work at the site as per design and drawing.
• Maintaining records of work executed.
• Ensuring site execution following quality, health, safety & environmental standards.
• Review government regulations and ordinances.
• Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Recommend alternative solutions to problems.
• Liaising with a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
• Project management including managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
• Assess the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
