3)To review Calibration certificates of equipments received from the outside calibration agency. Also to accept / to be repaired equipment against its defined acceptance criteria
4)To ensure the smooth functioning of material testing activities and stop the testing activities if proper environment condition is not maintained / achieved
5) To take corrective and preventive actions identified based on analysis, related to the compliant or results of testing
6)To verify Test Certificate / report

• Monitoring and reporting of activities to both project team and Client • Guide the development and implementation of project procedures and Systems related to contracts/project controls/procurement/information management and financial reporting/accounting. • Responsible for overall cost performance and schedule controls on the Project. • Leads efforts to ensure that the project achieves the project objectives and strategies. • Ensures that the project is executed in accordance with Client approved procedures and expectations. • Ensures the change management is correctly implemented and coordinated • Daily progress of projects at site • Submission of monthly progress • Authorization of employees attendance • Raising bills • Work allocation of team members • Regularly inform Reporting authority about staff and work allocation • Daily maintaining / assuring the presence of staff at respective sites • Recruitment and Placement of manpower • Monthly technical and commercial projections along with evaluation mandatory to submit Reporting authority which shall be further complied and submitted to HO • Justify the lapses for the projections and actual • Efficient management of TeamÂ
