Job Description

1. Structural Analysis: Assist in performing structural analysis using software tools and engineering principles to evaluate the stability and integrity of structures.
2. Design Support: Support senior engineers in creating detailed structural designs for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
3. Drafting and Modeling: Prepare 2D and 3D drawings and models of structural components using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
4. Material Selection: Help in selecting appropriate materials for construction based on project requirements and engineering specifications.
5. Code Compliance: Ensure that the structural designs adhere to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to integrate structural designs with the overall project plan.
7. Site Visits: Participate in site visits to assess construction progress, verify design implementation, and address any on-site challenges.
8. Reports and Documentation: Assist in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation related to structural engineering tasks.
9. Professional Development: Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.
10. Quality Assurance: Support quality control efforts to ensure the accuracy and safety of structural designs.
