DESIGN ENGINEER
(based in Rawang)
Responsibilities:
• Check and verify the design input to ensure it comprises all data required for the design and detailing
works before submission to the Design Manager
• Review fabrication and erection drawings prepared from TEKLA model by 3D Detailing Team
• Prepare document / design calculation, drawing database / file management as per ISO 9001
• Coordination with various clients and consultants for the technical activities
• Provide input to tender submission and participate in tender meetings
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in steel fabrication / construction industry

ENGINEER (PAINTING & BLASTING)
(based in Rawang)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in ensuring efficiency and reliability of fabrication equipment
• Ensure machines calibration as per schedule
• Coordinate with Senior Engineers on developing painting processes to enhance the production process
• Evaluate specifications and quality standards of the products
• Prepare painting report with Internal Quality Inspector & Customer Quality Inspector
• Prepare hourly plan, weekly plan & monthly plan to achieve the target
• Receive the fabrication plan from concerned department, analyzing and allocating in resources and plan
based on priority
• Raise monthly indent for the required paints and tools as per monthly plan
• Arranging materials, machines consumables in advance to achieve the daily target
• Verify materials against plan on daily basis and follow through the prepared plans on daily basis
• Monitor all-in process stages against quality plan such as blasting and painting for each code
• Inspect final stage as per the drawing, quality plan, codes and standards
• Guide and monitor trainee blasters and painters
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in production, structure, power plant piping or general
blasting and painting works

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) OFFICER
(based in Rawang)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to ensure health, safety and environment related issues are in compliance with government
regulations and requirements
• Monitor and review HSE policy and practices in the Group from time to time
• Monitor and report on HSE performance including hazards and risks management, reporting and investigation
in incidents/accidents, dangerous occurrence, occupational disease, HSE audits and workplace inspections
• Facilitate and coordinate workplace HSE Committee Meeting for implementation of HSE activities to create
HSE awareness at workplace
• Liaise with government authorities such as DOSH, CIDB & DOE
• Conduct HSE workplace inspections on site and report deviations to management
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in HSE/Civil/Environmental Engineering or its equivalent with a minimum 3 years of related
working experience, preferably in steel fabrication / construction industry
• Must be a Registered Safety and Health Officer (Green Book)
