| 2.1 | – Management | — |
| 2.2 | – Quality/HSE | Performs discipline check and Inter-discipline check of documents.Ensures that the required integrity and quality of the work is maintained. Familiar with the Quality/HSE Management system and their procedures.Ensures timely corrective actions for the identified non-conformities. |
| 2.3 | – Project Execution | Preparation/issue of Inspection and Test Plan.Technical inputs to MR preparation.Preparation of Project specific Quality procedures.Co-ordination with concerned disciplines for QAQC activities.Vendor offer review for QC/Inspection requirements for Civil WorksTo conduct Pre-Inspection Review of Vendor’s Quality Management System/ Certification.Contractor Document review/approvalTo monitor the Inspection Man-days and to maintain/update the Inspection Status for the Project.Co-ordination of inspections at Vendor’s shop.Inspection & Expediting at Vendor’s shop.Review of Inspection reports & the Final documentation.Approval/Issue of Inspection Release Note and to provide dispatch clearance.Co-ordination with Contractor QAQC |

| 4.3 | Professional Experience: | 3-5 years as QAQC Engineer. Minimum 2-year experience of working on EPC/EPCM projects in Oil/Gas, Petrochemical & Fertilizer industries. |
