Key Responsibilities

1. Understanding client and inhouse requirements
2. Sourcing candidates from different recruitment portals
3. Calling candidates and shortlisting on the basis of specific requirements
4. Handling the complete sourcing and on-boarding metrics
5. Taking ownership of all newly joined employees
6. Managing prospects and candidates and creating a recruitment pool

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
• Good Intern personal skills
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office – Excel
• Excellent Presentation skills

Requirements

• Should have interest in communicating with people
• Should be interested in doing market research
• Should be comfortable with calling candidates (30-50 calls a day)

Content Writer- Intern

Key Responsibilities 

1. Research our industry related topics
2. Content generation for social media like blogs, articles, copywriting, etc
3. Coordinate with marketing team to design specific social media strategy
4. Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
5. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
6. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
7. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
8. Update website content as needed

Skills

1. Keen observation skills
2. Creative in content generation
3. Perfect command over written and spoken English
4. Ability to generate new ideas and content
5. Comfortable with long form and short form content
